Prior to this role, she worked as a Technical Assistant in the Evaluation and Psychometrics unit at the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University. There, she led workshops, conducted psychometric analyses, coordinated projects, and contributed to research in education and cognitive neuroscience. Her passion for educational evaluation and improving student experiences is evident in both her academic and professional pursuits.
